Concentrate for machining metal The Revcut 30 machining metal concentrate is a biostable, chlorine-free, highest quality machining fluid for most metals. It is dedicated to medium-heavy as well as heavy operations. Contains proven unique compositions of the highest quality mineral oils that ensure long life of cutting tools and the highest quality of treated surfaces. The product was designed for machining steel as well as aluminum alloys. RevCut 30 is designed to maximize the lifetime of emulsions without adding costly additives to the system. Thanks to the synergy effect between individual components of the liquid, the product works more efficiently and effectively.
Recommended initial concentrations
– Milling, drilling, turning 5% to 8%
– Threading, reaming, cutting 8% to 10%
– Grinding 3% to 6%
